Your next card.
A clearer way to trade.
A record of what was sold. A clear delivery path. A fair review when something goes wrong.

And for sellers.
These are proposed workflows and test settings. No real funds, shipping insurance or authenticity guarantee are provided. Live trading remains disabled until providers, funding and legal terms are ready.
Accountability from the start
Seller identity, account security and payout checks, with conservative limits for new sellers.
A pause when it matters
The test payout stays blocked while a dispute, chargeback, return inspection or authentication step is unresolved.
Both sides are heard
Buyer and seller can add evidence, explain their side and appeal a written review decision.
A record at every step.
Capture the exact listing
The order fixes the printing, condition, language, quantity and price. Actual-card photos are required for live evidence; catalog scans are references only.
Follow the delivery
Tracked acceptance and delivery events establish a shipping history. A created label alone does not prove dispatch, and tracking does not prove the contents.
Inspect valuable cards
Orders from €250 in this test policy require physical authentication before buyer delivery. Returns follow a controlled inspection process.
Review, then release
The buyer has an initial 72-hour test inspection period. An issue pauses eligible funds for review. Acceptance does not remove applicable statutory rights.
A fair process, not an automatic verdict.
For the buyer
- Report non-delivery, a wrong card, damage, a condition mismatch or a suspected counterfeit from the order.
- Keep the card, packaging and shipping label. Share clear photos; video is optional supporting evidence.
- Follow authorized return instructions. A suspect counterfeit may need independent physical inspection.
- Receive a written decision and an opportunity to appeal.
For the seller
- Your original order record is retained. Buyer allegations alone do not trigger an automatic refund.
- Respond with shipping records, card photos and relevant packing evidence.
- Report a suspected return swap in the case. Refunds cannot bypass an outstanding return inspection.
- Payout eligibility is visible, with a reason for every block.
Know what the evidence can tell us.
Does a scan prove a card is genuine?
No. Scadex card recognition identifies a possible card or printing. Authenticity requires appropriate physical expertise, and even a valid grading certificate number is not proof that a particular slab is genuine.
Do packing or unboxing videos decide a case?
No. They can support a review but do not establish an uninterrupted chain of custody. A legitimate complaint is not rejected merely because the buyer did not record an unboxing.
What if the card looks fake but nobody can prove who switched it?
A direct shipment can leave that question unresolved. Physical authentication before delivery, recorded packaging and independent return inspection provide stronger evidence. Reviewers can record an inconclusive case and, once funded live coverage exists, consider platform protection rather than automatically blaming one party.
Does the inspection deadline end all buyer rights?
No. The inspection period governs the initial payout workflow. Statutory rights, payment-provider processes and applicable consumer protections may continue. Professional sellers and private collectors have different obligations; live terms require review for the launch countries.
Are cards insured and payments protected right now?
No. This workspace uses test orders and simulated provider events. No insurance policy, payment hold, physical authentication service or financial guarantee is active.
Keep every trade in one place.
Order details, evidence, messages and decisions stay together.
